Return window
You can request a return within [30] days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
- Socks and other hygiene-sensitive items can only be returned if unopened.
- Sale items follow the same policy unless stated otherwise.
How to return
- Email us at cozyfluffies@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you the return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within [7] days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a refund.
Exchanges
Wrong size? We are happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
